RECOMMENDED USE:

Place drops sublingually (under the tongue) for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing.

20 mg daily
1 drop = 1 mg
1 ml (1 dropperful) = 20 mg
Take 10 drops, or a 1/2 dropperful, twice daily. (20 drops total per day)
